Let's do it better!

Onda Urbana Onlus Youth Association has been existing since June 2007. It’s made up of a group of young people, both Italians and foreigners, between 18 and 35 years old.
Its purpose is to carry out a number of projects addressed to:

• adolescent and young people, both Italians and immigrants, especially the ones who live in the suburbs and in condition of social marginalization
• migrant women, mainly victims of human trafficking
• refugees

Onda Urbana aims to:

• favour meeting between different cultures
• improve self-consciousness through meeting with peers
• social integration for women and young people living at the margin of society, not only foreigners

Methods to achieve this goals are different, because we choose the most effective tools for individual and social growth of our beneficiaries. as popular education and empowerment. The association organizes free introductory workshops of italian language and citizenship for immigrants and manages a Youth Center for social integration.
